REPAY ACUMATICA SUMMIT 2021 PASSPORT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this drawing, each participant agrees to abide by these rules:

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  2. Sponsor: This drawing is sponsored by Mesa Acquirer LLC d/b/a REPAY (“Sponsor”), 5646 E. Main St, Suite 5, Mesa, AZ 85205.
  3. Eligible Participants: Participants must be registered Acumatica Summit 2021 attendees and 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible for this drawing.
  4. How to Enter: Eligible participants must obtain a “REPAY Passport” and then obtain “stamps” from each booth listed on the “Passport.” Participant must submit the completed “Passport” (including contact information) to any listed booth by no later than 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2021. Limit of one (1) entry per participant. The drawing will take place at the REPAY Booth at 2:45 p.m. on July 20, 2021. Winner must be present at time of drawing to win.
  5. Prize. A “Free Trip” consisting of (i) a flight voucher issued by flightgift (flightgift.com) in the amount of $600; (ii) a hotel voucher issued by hotelgift (www.hotelgift.com) in the amount of $1,400; and (iii) a Visa gift card in the amount of $500.
  6. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.
  7. Reservation of Rights: Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules or to cancel, suspend or extend the drawing without prior notice. The decisions of Sponsor concerning any and all matters with respect to this drawing shall be final.
  8. Release of Liability: Each participant releases Sponsor and its affiliates from any liabilities, claims, damages or other losses arising out of or related to the participant’s participation in the drawing and/or the award or usage of the Prize.
  9. Winner Responsibility: The winner assumes any and all responsibility with respect to any federal, state or local taxes due in connection with the Prize. The winner is also responsible for any additional fees or costs associated with the Prize or any associated trip to the extent not specifically included within the Prize.
  10. No Violations: Each participant warrants that such participant’s participation in the drawing does not violate any applicable policies or procedures of such participant’s employer.
  11. Privacy. Sponsor may collect certain personal information from each participant. Any use of the participant’s personal information will be in accordance with the privacy policy located at repay.com/privacy-policy/.
